Every woman doing devoted work is leading from one of four distinct archetypes. Knowing yours changes how you lead, how you serve, and how you sell — and it is the lens that makes every essay, framework, and offer in this world begin to land.
The Compassionate Healer
Leads through deep presence and sacred witness.
The Enchanting Weaver
Leads through visionary magnetism and spiritual transmission.
The Prolific Alchemist
Leads through visionary frameworks and embodied transformation.
The Sovereign Warrior
Leads through clarity, conviction, and courageous truth.

Meet Sora
Strategist, educator, and space holder.
Sora Schilling is a strategist, educator, and space holder, and the creator of the Devoted Archetypes. She helps midlife coaches, healers, and space holders gather decades of trainings into one sacred container that holds the full weight of their medicine, and sell it from devotion rather than fear. That work happens inside LUSH Business Academy and the LUSH Business Mastermind, where seasoned business owners receive personalized strategy, intimate support, and a trusted circle of peers as they strengthen and grow a sustainable business. She also teaches women in business to bring AI into their everyday work with their values, their voice, and their critical thinking still in their hands, inside Everyday AI, Intentionally. She hosts Sacred Strategy, the podcast where sacred energetics meet business strategy.
She came to this work the long way, folding 23 modalities into three containers of her own, and she writes about that road, and about midlife, intuition, and the unexplainable pulls that reshape a life, in her weekly Substack letter, Still Following the Breadcrumbs. Korean American and based between North Carolina and New York, she is usually somewhere between a KDrama, a long walk, and a cup of coffee going lukewarm beside a draft.
Classrooms, studios, and boards
- Public and private school teacher of second, third, and fifth grade, with dual master's degrees in elementary and special education. She also taught mindfulness and yoga across K-12.
- Office Experience Lead at IDEO, where she shaped the studio experience for design teams and visiting clients.
- Board of Directors, Arts Together, Raleigh.
- Applied AI Certification from the Center for Practical AI, and completing its Certified Applied AI Trainer Program.
to Social Justice + Equity
As a student of social justice, I am actively listening and learning, trying my best to bring about systemic change. I may falter at times but hope that I humbly continue to dismantle cultural appropriation, racism, gender binaries, and other social issues within my business and as part of my personal growth. I shall continue doing the work.
To those who came before me
I, Sora Schilling, acknowledge that I live and work on the ancestral homelands of the Tuscarora, Lumbee, and Catawba. I respectfully also honor the Lenape, Canarsie, and Wappinger people as the original stewards of the land I was blessed to be born on and resided in for most of my life. Lastly, may I take this time to give great thanks to my Korean ancestors.
The lands in and around present day Raleigh are the homelands and gathering places of the Coharie, Eastern Band of Cherokee, Haliwa-Saponi, Lumbee, Meherrin, Occaneechi Band of the Saponi Nation, Sappony, and Waccamaw Siouan.
